2022 Poster Instructions

Please see below for instructions regarding poster guidelines:

ONLINE POSTERS (Online Participants Only)

  1. Please submit a .pdf file of your poster no later than May 20th to [email protected]. Include the Abstract ID in the subject of the email.
    • Please use the following name for your poster file: Abstract ID_Institution_Presenter
  2. Portrait orientation in the size of US letter 8.50 x 11 in (21.59 cm x 27.94 cm)
  3. Include title, author list, affiliations, and abstract number in the poster
  4. Describe the technology you are presenting
  5. Provide application examples
  6. Demonstrate what are the benefits and innovation of this technology.
  7. Poster should be self-explanatory as the audience will be viewing them on their own
  8. Register for the conference

ON-SITE POSTERS (In-Person Participants Only)

  1. Posters will be displayed all day. Make sure to put your poster up before 9am on your presentation day and take the poster down after poster session is over.
  2. Your Abstract ID will be your poster board ID.
    • If your abstract ID is 1-156 or 291-300, your presentation date and time is: Wednesday June 1, 5pm-7pm
    • If your abstract ID is 157-282 or 303-320 and above your presentation date and time is: Thursday June 2, 6pm-8pm
  3. Board size: 4 ft x 8 ft (122 cm x 244 cm)
  4. Landscape orientation in the size of maximum 45 in x 90 in (114 cm x 228 cm)
  5. Include title, author list, affiliations, and abstract number in the poster
  6. Describe the technology you are presenting
  7. Provide application examples
  8. Demonstrate what are the benefits and innovation of this technology.
  9. Poster should be self-explanatory as the posters will be displayed the whole day and the audience  might be viewing them on their own
  10. Register for the conference
