Poster Presentation Schedule
Individual poster assignments have not yet been made. Authors will be assigned to a specific Poster Session on either Wednesday, May 27 or Thursday, May 28. On the day of their assigned session, presenters are required to attend their posters during their assigned Poster Session time period, allowing attendees to visit the posters at their convenience—the poster itself will be displayed all day during congress hours (9:00 am–6:00 pm). Authors will attend their posters only during the assigned Poster Session time frame. Presenters are expected to discuss their work with scientists visiting their poster.
Wednesday and Thursday will consist of two Poster Session time periods. The two Poster Session times are:
Wednesday, May 27
9:30 AM–11:00 AM
3:15 PM–4:45 PM
Thursday, May 28
10:00 AM–11:30 AM
4:00 PM–5:30 PM
Poster setup: Wednesday, May 27 by 8:30 AM EDT or Thursday, May 28 by 9:00 AM EDT
Poster removal: Wednesday, May 27 after 6:00 PM EDT or Thursday, May 28 after 6:00 PM EDT
Presenters should display posters ONLY on the assigned day. Posters must be removed immediately at the end of each day so that the boards may be prepared for the next day’s Poster Sessions. All posters must be displayed during congress hours (9:00 am–6:00 pm) on the day of the author’s assigned Poster Session. Posters that are left on the boards after 6:15 pm can be picked up by the author at registration the next morning. Unclaimed posters will be recycled at the conclusion of the Summit.
