Registration is Open

Registration is required to attend the MPS World Summit. This web page includes information on how to register for the meeting, registration fees, what is included with your meeting registration, and activities that require additional registration fees.

¹Expo Only passes only include access to Exhibition Hall and the Welcome Reception.

Registration Fees

MPS World Summit will accept registrations to participate in person until capacity is reached. On-site registration will be possible during the meeting only if the maximum number of participants has not been reached; we recommend inquiring if you are considering on-site registration.

²Students will need to upload proof of their status as a student during registration. The following documents will be accepted:

• A photo of your student ID
• Student enrollment document
• Letter from Supervisor (Postdoc)

iMPSS will process payments in US dollars with a conversion rate of 1.08225 to 1 Euros.
All registration fees are collected by the iMPSS without VAT.

Confirmation of Registration

You should receive a registration confirmation via email when you register online. If you do not receive your confirmation within a few days, please check your SPAM box or contact us at [email protected].

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or changes must be sent in writing to [email protected]. All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be received in writing by May 1, 2025. These refunds will be processed minus a $50 USD fee. Refund requests received after May 1, 2025, will not be processed.

Additional Information

Students and young investigators are invited to apply for respective awards, which are open for several categories, including travel, best poster, or oral presentation awards. Visit the awards web page for more information.

Consent for Video Recording and Photography

By registering for the MPS World Summit, you acknowledge and agree that the event will be recorded in video and photographed. These recordings and photographs may capture your image, voice, and participation.

Use of Media

• The recordings and photographs may be used by the MPS World Summit’s organizers for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in various media formats, now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to websites, social media, publications, and presentations.
• Your attendance at the event constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the publication, reproduction, distribution, broadcast, and other use of your likeness, voice, and name for such purposes by the MPS World Summit’s organizers.

Opting Out

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform our event staff upon your arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that you will not be included in photographs or recordings in a setting where other attendees are present.

Privacy and Respect

Important Notice Regarding Attendee List and Hotel Reservations

Beware of any company offering to sell you an “MPS World Summit” attendee list. If you encounter a company or individual who claims to be selling the MPS World Summit attendee list, you may request to be removed from their solicitation. The MPS World Summit has not provided information to these groups claiming to have the attendee list for this meeting or any previous meeting.

In addition, the provided hotel reservation links are the only official hotel blocks associated with the MPS World Summit. The Summit and its organizers highly value its attendees and wants to ensure that you receive services from authorized providers.
