We look forward to welcoming our international attendees to Washington, DC, USA, for the 2026 MPS World Summit, taking place May 26–29, 2026.
Passports & Visas
All visitors must hold a valid passport, typically valid for at least six months beyond the stay in the US (Some countries are exempt—confirm with your local US embassy or consulate.)
Most attendees will enter on a Visitor Visa or, if eligible, travel under the Visa Waiver Program (ESTA) for up to 90 days.
Visa processing times vary widely, so apply early. The organizers cannot expedite or influence visa decisions.

Invitation Letters
Letters of Invitation are available to registered, paid attendees who require documentation for visa applications. If you have circumstances where you must apply for a visa before registering for the Summit, please contact us. Letters do not guarantee visa approval or provide financial support.
To request a letter, complete the online form with:
- Full name (as in passport)
- Passport number and date of birth
- Affiliation and title
- Mailing address and phone number
- Registration confirmation number
Requests are processed within 7 business days.
Important Notice
The MPS World Summit and its organizers cannot be held responsible for visa denials, delays, or travel restrictions. The organizers cannot expedite or influence visa decisions. Refunds will follow the event’s standard cancellation policy, which allows cancellation until April 24 less a $50 administrative fee.
