Registration Fees and Deadlines
Registration is required to attend the first MPS World Summit. Additional registration is needed to attend the educational workshop (free of charge) and social events. Please check corresponding tabs on the webpage for more details.
In accordance to the City of New Orleans ordinance, individuals attending the 2022 MPS World Summit in New Orleans must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a proof of medical exemption. Others can participate remotely in scientific sessions through livestreams; however, registration is still required. These sessions also will be available on demand for all registrants. Details on how vaccination proof or medical exemption documentation will be collected and reviewed will be communicated before the meeting. The safety of our participants is our highest priority. We will be monitoring the epidemiological situation and follow all the CDC guidelines to provide a safe environment for our attendees.
MPS World Summit will accept on-line registrations to participate in person until May 20, 2022, afterwards depending on availability. On-site registration will be possible during the meeting only if the maximum number of participants has not been reached; we recommend inquiring if you are considering on-site registration. Remote attendance registration will remain open until and during the summit.

Remote participants will have access to the scientific sessions online. Poster sessions, educational workshop and social events will not be broadcast. There will be no online poster session and abstracts submitted by online participants will be considered for online poster book only.
Educational Workshop and Hands-on Training
To register for the Education Workshop and hands-on training, please visit the Education Workshop page. The workshop is free of charge (limited availability) and is on a first come, first served basis. You have to be registered for the Summit (in person) to attend. Please inform us as soon as possible if you have to cancel your participation in the workshop to allow others to be included.
Confirmation of Registration
You should receive a registration confirmation via email when you register online. If you do not receive your confirmation within a few days, please check your SPAM box or contact the MPS World Summit Secretariat ([email protected]).
Details on how to access the virtual portion of MPS World Summit will be provided to all registrants via email a few weeks prior to the congress.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or changes must be sent in writing to e-mail: [email protected]. All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be received in writing by May 20, 2022. These refunds will be processed minus a $50 fee. Refund requests received after May 20, 2022 will not be processed.
Additional Information
During registration, please add dinner reception ticket only if you plan to attend the event in person. If additional dinner tickets are still available, tickets can be purchased at the registration desk on site.
Childcare will be provided on site for an additional fee. To secure childcare, select the childcare option during registration, and you will receive additional information. Note: all children 5 years and older MUST be fully vaccinated to participate and to go anywhere indoors in the City of New Orleans.
