Poster Presentation Schedule
Individual poster assignments are found in the corresponding buttons for each poster session below. PLEASE NOTE: The poster board number is NOT the same as the abstract ID. To locate your presentation, select the date of your presentation (this information has been emailed to all poster presenters) from the buttons below and look for the abstract ID, title, or your name.
Authors are assigned to a specific Poster Session on either Wednesday, June 11 or Thursday, June 12. On the day of their assigned session, presenters are required to attend their posters during their assigned Poster Session time period, allowing attendees to visit the posters at their convenience — the poster itself will be displayed all day during congress hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Authors will attend their posters only during the assigned Poster Session time frame. Presenters are expected to discuss their work with scientists visiting their poster.
Posters are assigned to sessions based on their numbers:
- Even-numbered posters (starting at 100) are presented in morning sessions (Session 1 and Session 3).
- Odd-numbered posters (starting at 101) are presented in afternoon sessions (Session 2 and Session 4).
Session | Date | Time | Poster Numbers |
---|---|---|---|
Session 1 (Even) | Wednesday, June 11 | 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM | 100, 102, 104, … |
Session 2 (Odd) | Wednesday, June 11 | 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM | 101, 103, 105, … |
Session 3 (Even) | Thursday, June 12 | 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM | 100, 102, 104, … |
Session 4 (Odd) | Thursday, June 12 | 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM | 101, 103, 105, … |
Note: Posters must be mounted by 9:00 AM and remain displayed until 6:00 PM only on the day of your assigned session. Presenters must be present at their posters only during their assigned session time. Posters that are left on the boards after 6:15 pm can be picked up by the author at registration the next morning.
Poster Mounting Information
The presenting author of each poster abstract is responsible for the proper assembly, mounting, and presentation of the poster. Presenters can mount their posters on their assigned board beginning at 7:30 am on the day of their Poster Session. 3M fastener strips (double-sided adhesive) will be provided.
Poster Dimensions
- Posters should be A0 size in portrait orientation
- 33.1 inches (84.1cm) width x 46.8 inches (118.8 cm) height
- Posters should not be wider than 90 cm
- If you need to reuse the poster for other meetings, we suggest using a thick/durable material (not thin paper) since the 3M strips can cause some minor tears upon removal.
- DO NOT use cloth posters as we have found these are difficult to adhere to these types of boards.

Additional Requirements
- Include title, author list, affiliations, and abstract number in the poster
- Describe the technology you are presenting
- Provide application examples
- Demonstrate what are the benefits and innovation of this technology
- Poster should be self-explanatory as the posters will be displayed the whole day and the audience might be viewing them on their own
Poster Printing with Crazy Copy Center
The MPS World Summit recommends the Crazy Copy Center, located on campus at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Poster presenters interested in getting their poster printed at Crazy Copy Center need to send their poster by email in PDF format, and may make arrangements to have it delivered to Tour & Taxis. For any presenters who do not wish to print and travel with your poster, or are unable to print before the conference, please visit their website HERE for more information!
