Please follow this link to find your poster board number, display date, and presentation time.
Posters must be put up on the day of your presentation before 9:00 AM CET and taken down by 7:00 PM on the day of your presentation.
All odd poster board numbers are presenting in the morning session (10:00 AM-11:30 AM CET).
All even poster board numbers are presenting in the evening session (4:30 PM-6:00 PM CET)
Poster Board Dimensions
- PORTRAIT ORIENTATION – REQUIRED
- Poster Board Size: 118 cm width x 149 cm height
- Poster size should not be wider than 115 cm or taller than 147 cm.
Additional Requirements
- Include title, author list, affiliations, and abstract number in the poster
- Describe the technology you are presenting
- Provide application examples
- Demonstrate what are the benefits and innovation of this technology
- Poster should be self-explanatory as the posters will be displayed the whole day and the audience might be viewing them on their own
